on all orders over $99 to the continental United States only. A Tracking number will be emailed to you. For Orders under $99 UPS will automatically calculate the shipping rates. Late Friday or Weekend Orders are processed the following Monday. Please keep in mind that most of these products are custom crafted, so delivery may take four to six weeks.
Currently, TheTiffanylighting.com will deliver orders to the United States only. No international orders are accepted as of this time. - Privacy and Security

- Returns and Replacements
- To obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your product. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.

- TheTiffanyLighting.com currently accepts the following methods of payments: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal Items shipped to California and New York will be charged a 8.75% sales tax, as required by law. We do NOT charge sales tax for items shipped to outside of California unless it's in the State of New York.
